About the Role
Unpaid, remote internship. Around 3 hours a week for a month. You'll be the security person on real, shipped projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing our web and backend code for vulnerabilities (auth, API keys, input validation, data exposure)
- Testing our live systems and websites against the OWASP Top 10
- Writing up findings and suggesting fixes
- Verifying fixes once they're implemented
- Helping to create a simple security checklist for future projects
Qualifications
- Understanding of common web vulnerabilities
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10
