Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.
• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
• Follow food safety and proper food-handling practices.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Follow FIFO principles and help minimize food wastage.
• Handle kitchen equipment responsibly.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Learn and follow the restaurant's recipes, procedures, and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Passion for cooking and interest in the culinary industry.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
