Marketing & Business Development Executive – Fresher (IT Services) (Research & Growth Role)
About the Role
Nyusoft Solutions LLP is looking for motivated freshers with a marketing background to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This role focuses on market research, lead identification, data management, and marketing support activities for international IT services. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in marketing operations, business research, and growth strategy, rather than target-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and web research to identify potential companies and prospects
- Build, maintain, and update lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Collect missing prospect information through websites and online platforms
- Support the marketing and business development team with accurate data
- Assist in basic email marketing and LinkedIn-based outreach activities
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely updates
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of IT services and business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
