Product Owner

About the Role

IKEA is looking for a Product Owner to drive the Listening area within their Digital Workplace Domain. This role will focus on shaping the product roadmap, driving daily business, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the service. The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure listening capabilities create value and support improvements across key co-worker journeys, translating needs into impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, priorities, and backlog for the Listening area.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and Jira tasks.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and support agile ceremonies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and align business needs with technical solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering community to drive daily operations, service improvements, and vendor coordination.
• Enable feedback and insights that support improvements across key co-worker journeys.
• Support vendor evaluations, contract creation, contract renewals, and financial management.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and business value realization.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience translating business requirements into Jira stories and tasks.
• Ability to analyse business needs and transform them into digital solutions.
• Experience working closely with developers and vendors.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and service management.
• Experience supporting procurement, vendor selection, and contract-related activities.
• SAP Ariba and Vendor Management Systems (VIM) is preferred.
• Survey platforms or employee listening solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for creating value for co-workers and improving their digital experience.
