About the Role
Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This is a Full-Time position with an expected earning range of $35,000 - $65,000+ annually through Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs.
- Promote:
- High-Speed Internet
- Xfinity Mobile
- Home Security Solutions
- Cable Television Services
- Voice Services
- Smart Home Products
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
- Build value around products and service packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Execute proven sales closing techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
- Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment.
- Team & Store Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Support company initiatives and promotions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
