Its platform covers soil testing, agri-inputs, crop advisory, farm intelligence, credit and insurance, and selling harvest to institutional buyers. DeHaat serves 5M+ farmers across 12+ agrarian states through a network of 15,000+ DeHaat Centers and 500+ FPOs.

The Role

This is not a shadowing internship; you’ll own a real problem end to end: understanding users, writing specs, working with engineering and design, shipping, and measuring impact.

What You'll Do

• Talk to farmers, DeHaat Center partners, and internal users. Turn what you learn into clear problem statements.
• Prototype and test AI-led experiences.
• Write PRDs and user stories for features across the farmer app, the partner app, and internal tools.
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and run analysis on funnels, cohorts, and retention.
• Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, push and engagement campaigns, and pilots with DeHaat Centers.
• Work with engineering, design, data science, business, and on-ground teams to get features shipped.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Final-year or pre-final-year student (or recent graduate) from IIT / NIT / IIIT.
• Strong first-principles thinking.
• Comfortable with data.
• You use AI tools daily for research, prototyping, analysis, and building, and can showcase what you've made.
• Curiosity about Bharat.

Good to Have

• A side project, hackathon entry, or product teardown you’re proud of.
• Prior internship in product, analytics, or a startup.
• Exposure to LLM APIs, no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, lovable, emergent).
