About the Position

We are seeking a qualified CA with 0–5 years of experience to manage direct tax and TDS compliance, tax assessments, financial reporting, tax audits, internal audits, and banking-related reports. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with tax laws, Ind AS, and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle TDS compliance, including computation, deduction, payment, return filing and reconciliation.
• Assist in computation and payment of advance tax and monitor tax positions throughout the year.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable Ind AS, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparation of tax audit reports and provide necessary financial and tax information for tax audit requirements.
• Assist in handling direct tax assessments, notices and other tax-related matters.
• Prepare financial information and other reports required for credit rating assessments.
• Prepare bank follow-up reports, financial statements, stock statements and other periodic financial reports required by banks.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, accounting processes and operational procedures.
• Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, Ind AS, accounting requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Undertake various finance, taxation, reporting and audit projects assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of direct taxation, TDS provisions and applicable tax laws.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, Ind AS and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in preparation and review of financial statements.
• Knowledge of tax audit requirements and preparation of tax audit reports.
• Experience in internal audit, process audit and review of financial and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity.
• Good understanding of banking, credit rating and financial reporting requirements.
