Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales cycle processes
- Capture, enter, organize, and maintain customer & sales data
- Prepare reports on KPIs, sales productivity & business performance
- Research information and assist with data analysis
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Support process optimization, standardization, and data management
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferably Business or Finance
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of business applications and sales processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently within defined processes
