About the Role

Ravi Ladia and Co is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Article Assistants to join our team. This role requires availability for a physical interview in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Conduct research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance with current tax practices.
• Prepare and review tax computations, tax provisions, and tax-related schedules.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
• Perform internal and statutory audits, including the examination of financial records, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review GST filings, including GST returns and reconciliation statements.
• Assist in TDS filings, ensuring accurate withholding and timely remittance of taxes.
• Collaborate with team members to perform Bank CMA and related financial analysis for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist in client interactions, including responding to tax-related queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or recently completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Intermediate or CWA Intermediate.
• General knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
