About the Role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- BPO Hiring experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English Communication skills are required.
- Candidate should reside within Hexaware travelling boundary.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 Months Experience into Recruitment.
- BPO Background preferred.
