About the Role

CAREERSOL is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to support its marketing initiatives, market research, lead generation, and business growth activities. This full-time, on-site internship is based in Kalaburagi and is suitable for MBA students and recent graduates interested in applying their academic knowledge to real business projects. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to marketing, digital outreach, partnership development, and business development within the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective students interested in Study Visa and Visit Visa services.
• College & Partner Outreach: Assist in building relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and referral partners.
• Digital Marketing: Support social media campaigns, content planning, online promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying partnership opportunities and executing growth strategies.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain lead records, update follow-up information, and organize marketing data.
• Content & Presentations: Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, campaign content, and outreach proposals.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with the CAREERSOL team to support campaigns and improve the prospective customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing an MBA or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in marketing, market research, lead generation, and business development.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to collect information, analyze data, and identify opportunities.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full-time from CAREERSOL’s office in Kalaburagi.
