About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations.
• Diagnose and treat dermatological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for concerns such as acne, pigmentation, scarring, and hair-related issues.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, peels, and other minimally invasive treatments).
• Monitor treatment outcomes.
• Ensure high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure guidance.
• Participate in patient education initiatives.
• Stay updated on advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
• Support clinic protocols and quality assurance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and evidence-based practice.
• Advanced expertise in Dermatology, including medical, surgical, and procedural dermatology relevant to an aesthetic practice.
• Specific proficiency in Acne management, including assessment, pharmacologic treatment, and scar prevention or correction.
• Demonstrated experience in Cosmetic Dermatology, such as injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Applied knowledge of Cosmetology principles.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS).
• Postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent).
• Relevant registration/licensure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient counseling abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care.
• Attention to detail.
• Adherence to clinical safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with laser platforms and advanced aesthetic devices is an advantage.
