The Management Intern role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate travel itineraries.
• Assist with tour planning.
• Help manage bookings and client inquiries.
• Maintain databases and documentation.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Support vendor and partner communication.
• Contribute to process improvement.
• Assist with marketing activities related to tours and packages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of travel services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic office software proficiency (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Comfort with online tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Customer service mindset, with a professional, courteous approach to client interactions and problem-solving.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for handling itineraries, records, and operational reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ghaziabad and adapt in a dynamic travel industry setting.
• Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
