About the Role
- Gain hands-on experience in data analytics and sales.
- Work alongside experienced analysts to address high-priority business challenges.
- Focus areas include product portfolio performance, market trends, sales effectiveness, buyer behavior, forecasting, or business planning.
- Leverage internal and external data sources to identify trends, uncover key performance drivers, develop actionable insights, and create scalable analytical solutions.
- Support business decision-making.
- Internship duration: Summer 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on real business problems with visibility to leaders and stakeholders.
- Forecasting & Reporting Optimization: Analyze forecasting accuracy, develop standardized reporting, and enable business teams to monitor performance.
- Product Performance & Market Trends Analysis: Compare internal product sales with external market trends, identify growth opportunities, emerging patterns, and performance outliers. Present findings and recommendations.
- Sales & Marketing Analytics: Evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, identify influencing factors, and develop insights for improved effectiveness, resource allocation, and planning.

Qualifications
- Students currently pursuing a Master’s degree.
- Anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2028.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills.
- Curiosity and desire to understand the business behind the data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Coachability and willingness to learn.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve open-ended business problems.
Compensation
- $25.55–$32.31 per hour.
