Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Academic Delivery
• Deliver high-quality lectures in the relevant domain.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Incorporate practical business examples, industry applications, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery in accordance with academic schedules.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and innovative teaching practices.
• Student Mentoring & Development
• Mentor students on academic progress and career development.
• Guide students in projects, presentations, case studies, and research assignments.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in developing domain-specific knowledge and industry-relevant skills.
• Research & Academic Contribution
• Conduct research and contribute to publications in reputed academic journals.
• Participate in academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development initiatives.
• Encourage research-oriented learning and critical thinking among students.
• Contribute to institutional academic activities, accreditation requirements, and departmental initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
• First-class Master's degree in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum of three research publications is mandatory. Candidates should have published at least three research papers in relevant academic journals.
• Ph.D. must be awarded by a recognized university in a discipline relevant to the department applied for.
• Strong subject knowledge and a demonstrated interest in teaching and research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, mentor, and guide students effectively.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education or management institutions will be preferred.
• Relevant industry experience and participation in academic conferences will be an added advantage.
