About the Role
Seeking skilled, customer-oriented professionals for our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international customer support, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while handling diverse customer queries. Candidates with strong verbal fluency, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and confidence.
- Understand customer requirements, identify concerns, and provide accurate and effective solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and solution-oriented communication.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the designated CRM or internal systems.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Consistently achieve individual performance targets while maintaining service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process or International Customer Support role is mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with C1-level proficiency.
- Excellent customer-handling, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with international customers across diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experienced candidates only.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Professionals with relevant experience in International Voice, International Customer Support, or International BPO operations are encouraged to apply.
