About the Role
IntouchCX is hiring enthusiastic, customer-oriented candidates to join our International Voice Process – Customer Support team in Hyderabad. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while delivering excellent customer experiences. Candidates with good verbal fluency, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through courteous communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
- Meet individual performance targets while maintaining service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; C1-level proficiency preferred.
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international customers.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Hyderabad location.
- Process: International Voice / Customer Support.
- Communication: Strong English proficiency required.
