About WorkElate

WorkElate is building an AI-native Work OS that connects Mail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, Forms, Presentations and Tasks through intelligent AI assistants. Our goal is to change how people work by making AI useful across everyday applications.

What You will do

• Build AI-powered features for everyday applications.
• Experiment with LLMs, AI agents, memory, retrieval and automation.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
• Explore how AI can connect applications and complete multi-step workflows.
• Work on complex technical problems alongside the founder and engineering team.
• Test ideas, analyse failures and turn promising experiments into real product features.
• Research competing products, understand user problems and identify opportunities to build something better.

What we are looking for

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in DeepTech, AI and software product development.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS or React.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Logical thinking, curiosity and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to experiment, build, debug and take ownership.
• Projects, prototypes, open-source contributions and demonstrated problem-solving ability are valuable.
