About the Role
Bendito has an immediate opening for a Finance, Accounts & Statutory Compliance Executive. You will own all of our finance and compliance work end to end. We are bringing this function in house, so we need someone who can take full ownership, not just assist.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books
- Run monthly payroll
- Handle TDS deposits and quarterly TDS returns
- File GST returns
- Manage PF and professional tax compliance
- Handle client invoicing and collections
- Support the year-end audit
- Prepare and file the company income-tax return
- Complete ROC filings
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF/PT, and Companies Act compliance
- Hands-on with Tally or Zoho Books, government portals (Income Tax, TRACES, GST, EPFO) and Excel
- Accurate with numbers and able to follow up on deadlines without reminders
- Clear communication in English
Qualifications
- CA, CA-Inter (articleship completed preferred), CMA, or M.Com / B.Com with strong practical exposure
- 0 to 4+ years of experience; freshers straight from college are welcome if they clearly have the knowledge and the attitude to handle all of these tasks
