House of Brands is a consumer-focused platform building and scaling next-generation brands in health, wellness, and hydration.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, competitive, and sales-oriented Brand Intern who will help promote and grow our brand through on-ground activities, store visits, product sampling, and customer engagement. The role involves visiting gyms, cafes, stores, and other relevant outlets to promote our products, build relationships with store owners, and drive product placement and sales. This is a hands-on Brand + Field Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product trials, sampling, and on-ground promotional activities.
• Approach and engage with customers to explain product benefits and drive trials.
• Visit gyms, cafes, stores, and other outlets to promote products and explore placement opportunities.
• Pitch the product to store owners, gym owners, and vendors and convert them into stocking partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and outlet partners.
• Support daily sales and business development activities in the assigned area.
• Take photos and videos during activations and customer interactions.
• Create basic social media content such as Reels, short videos, and customer testimonials.
• Assist with stall management and brand activations during events.
• Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information.
• Track and report daily field activities, leads, conversions, and market feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Educational background in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer engagement, and basic selling techniques.
• Competitive and target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Confident and comfortable approaching customers, store owners, gym owners, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with feet-on-street field work and frequent local travel.
• Energetic, proactive, smart, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content creation.
• Interest in sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle.
• Candidates who have participated in sports activities during college or pursue sports as a hobby will be preferred.
• Willingness to take ownership and learn through hands-on sales and brand-building activities.

Qualifications

• The role can be converted into a full-time role as well.
