Digital Associate I, MLDOps

About the Role

• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) of 12 months. Continuation beyond the term is subject to business need and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development.
• Perform execution and report results accurately.
• Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks / releases.
• Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality.
• Use software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes daily.
• Be comfortable capturing results, communicating and escalating failures, and providing individual status reports.
• Adhere to Productivity and Quality baselines.
• Raise all failures/doubts related to execution in the portal and close them as per SLAs.
• Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English: Speak, write, and read fluently.
• Microsoft Office products and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
