About the Role

Decision Modeler/Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners to understand business functions and processes, identify key decisions, and define data and metadata requirements.
• Consult on decision information gathering sessions.
• Construct and maintain decision models of moderate complexity to capture rules for specific product offerings.
• Validate decision model accuracy by adhering to design tenets and constructing test cases.
• Develop tools and processes to drive decision management processes.
• State the impact of pending projects on existing structures across multiple business areas.
• Identify stakeholders, schedule and conduct Stake Holder Reviews, collect and evaluate feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of Sapiens
• Java
• SpringBoot

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of setting up Insurance Domain related models in Sapiens (e.g., Eligibility determination, Risk Scoring) is preferred but not mandatory.
