Your work will support Viettonkin’s thought leadership, investor engagement, and internal knowledge development.

- Duration: 3–4 months; a four-month commitment is preferred
- Schedule: Part-time, at least 30 hours per week; full-time arrangement (US time zone) preferred
- Coordination: Agreed working hours and regular meetings with our Vietnam-based team
Key Responsibilities
- Research and FDI intelligence:
- Research Vietnam’s investment environment, selected industries, and relevant ASEAN markets, focusing on questions relevant to U.S. businesses.
- Monitor policy and regulatory developments, market trends, supply-chain shifts, and investment opportunities.
- Investigate investor motivations, entry barriers, operational challenges, and market differences.
- Use credible sources, verify claims, and distinguish facts from interpretation. Record sources, dates, and limitations.
- Prepare concise research briefs explaining changes, their significance, and potential implications for investors.
- Research-led content development:
- Transform research and consultant input into English-language articles, market briefs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and contributions to guides or white papers.
- Write for decision-makers such as business owners, executives, and international expansion teams.
- Translate and synthesize Vietnamese source material into clear English, preserving meaning and context.
- Follow a structured workflow: research, outline, draft, review, and refinement.
- Explain complex issues through clear arguments, relevant evidence, and practical examples, using Viettonkin’s professional consulting voice.
- Content marketing and business development support:
- Research audience needs and relevant search terms to propose content topics.
- Apply basic SEO practices while maintaining accuracy, readability, and relevance.
- Repurpose substantial research into shorter content for different channels.
- Collaborate with business development colleagues to create content supporting investor awareness, qualification, and informed follow-up.
- Help review content performance (search visibility, engagement, inquiries) and suggest improvements.
- Knowledge management and professional ownership:
- Maintain organized research notes, source records, and reusable content in Viettonkin’s knowledge repository.
- Prepare weekly work plans and progress updates, meet deadlines, and flag uncertainties or blockers promptly.
- Seek feedback, review your own work, and progressively take greater ownership of assignments.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support research and writing, independently verify outputs, and protect confidential information.
