Integrated Producer

About the Role

The Integrated Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, content and other channels. The role connects client and account teams, creative, production and specialist teams to ensure work is delivered on brief, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own production delivery from initial brief and kick-off through final delivery.
• Translate client and creative briefs into clear production requirements, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, social and other creative production channels.
• Partner with Creative, Design, Account Management, Project Management, Quality Control and specialist production teams.
• Assess production requirements and recommend the most effective execution approach.
• Develop and manage production schedules, estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and specialist partners where required.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, scope changes and escalations.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure final deliverables meet creative, technical, brand and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, scalability and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and coordinate feedback.
• Relevant experience in an agency, creative production or marketing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel or integrated campaigns across print and digital.
• Strong production planning, organisation and project management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness, including estimating, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience coordinating internal specialists and external vendors or suppliers.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, risk management and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
