About the Role

Expand Perspective Innovators’ network of schools, educators, and youth organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective partners.
• Initiate contact and nurture relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Support outreach campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Collaborate on messaging that communicates the initiative’s impact and offerings.
• Draft outreach emails.
• Schedule and attend virtual meetings.
• Maintain contact records.
• Coordinate with the core team to align outreach efforts with program goals.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement.
• Help ensure partnerships are inclusive, sustainable, and mission-aligned.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Clear, professional communication skills, including comfort with virtual meetings and written messaging.
• Experience or interest in community outreach and customer service, particularly in education or youth-focused initiatives.
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations to schools, nonprofits, or community groups.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage outreach activities independently in a remote setting.
• Commitment to youth empowerment, global education, and inclusive collaboration.
• Prior experience in partnership development, program outreach, or stakeholder engagement is beneficial but not required.
