US Recruiter, RPO

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter – RPO role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the United States.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct phone and video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with client hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate pipelines.
• Update applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare recruitment reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet hiring targets and service level agreements.
• Stay informed about US labor market trends, immigration and compliance considerations, and best practices in recruitment process outsourcing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management for US-based roles.
• Skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and relationship building.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, major job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital tools for talent acquisition.
• Skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction.
• Skills in time management, multitasking, and working with recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a US Recruiter, RPO Recruiter, or in US staffing/IT recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types, basic employment regulations, and market trends will be beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Willingness to work in US time zones is a plus.
