JUNIOR BILLING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare measurement sheets from onsite data & drawings.
• Check measurements and list out material items from supplier data date-wise.
• Verify on-site measurements & rates against the Tender.
• Check the quantum of work stated in the bill against actual work done.
• Analyze bills claimed by contractors or vendors and process their closure.
• Obtain payment approval from Clients and send to the Contractor.
• Manage payments to all workforce.
• Process vendor payments as per material received, services rendered, and work done.
• Approve items, including preparation of rate analysis with supporting Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS) duly signed by the client prior to execution of works.
• Prepare a Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities & bills with rates from Tender.
• Process invoices and generate cost-related reports and documentation.
• Audit and prepare reconciliation statements, tracking material inflow and usage.
• Manage project expenses and ensure proper escalation with time.
• Maintain a profitable balance between the Company and Contractor.
• Formulate bills based on price escalation and monthly bill targets to evaluate changes in rates and material prices against actual Measurement Book & Bill Book.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Software: MSP, Auto-Cad, Primavera.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech – Civil Engineering.
