About the Role

Healing Hands Clinic is a specialized center focused on treating constipation, piles, hernia, and preventing lifestyle-related diseases. The clinic offers expert consultation, state-of-the-art technology, and a well-qualified clinical and support team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care to patients with conditions such as hernia, piles, constipation-related complications, and other general surgical needs.
• Conduct preoperative evaluations.
• Perform surgical procedures.
• Manage postoperative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic tests.
• Participate in case discussions.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Support patient education and counseling, focusing on lifestyle modification and long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to provide comprehensive pre- and postoperative patient care.
• Clinical expertise in Surgery, particularly general surgery procedures relevant to gastrointestinal and colorectal conditions.
• Medical degree (MBBS) with recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS or equivalent).
• Valid medical council registration.
• Demonstrated experience in operating theater procedures, infection control practices, and emergency surgical care.
• Excellent clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered care.
• Openness to continuous learning and updated surgical techniques.
