About the Role
A retail chain running about forty stores in the south is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to bring structure to in-store promotions, festive campaigns, and local activations. This role offers hands-on retail exposure rather than a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with store managers on visual-merchandising rollouts.
- Briefing a small design vendor on festive creative.
- Tracking which promotions moved footfall.
- Sitting close to the marketing head to learn retail marketing planning and payment.
- Having a say in upcoming launches.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Clear written English for briefs, calendars, and store communication.
- Comfortable juggling several small projects and vendors at once.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years in marketing, retail, or a related internship.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru or Chennai, on-site.
