Software Support Engineer Internship

About the Summer Internship Program

• 12-week, full-time, immersive experience.
• Work on projects contributing to the company's mission.
• Hands-on experience building real software for customers.
• Work side-by-side with developers across the full development lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute ideas.
• Write and maintain clean, functional code.
• Test your solutions locally and troubleshoot issues identified during quality review.
• Engage across multiple stages of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A solid foundation in Javascript.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when testing and debugging.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship.
• Considered a junior or senior by credit hours.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development is a plus.

Program Details

• Duration: May 10, 2027 - July 30, 2027 (12 weeks).
• Hours: 40 hours per week in Summer.
• Pay: $20/hour.
• Location: Jacksonville, FL.
• Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates.
