Neurotech Research Intern

About the Role

Neurotech Research Intern at Basil Health AI, located in Delhi NCR. This is a hybrid/on-site internship lasting 4–6 weeks. The role involves working on real EEG and brainwave-based projects at the intersection of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Engineering. You will support research on cognitive performance, mental wellness, and brainwave-based signal analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support EEG/brainwave data collection, cleaning, and interpretation.
• Assist with cognitive assessment design and user/participant studies.
• Conduct literature reviews and support experimental design.
• Contribute to signal processing, data analysis, or AI model support (as applicable to your background).
• Document findings and present results to the research team.
• Collaborate with psychologists, neuroscientists, and engineers on live research initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student based in Delhi NCR.
• Enrolled in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, CS, or related).
• Available for 4–6 weeks.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Psychology students with an interest in cognitive science, behavior, or mental wellness research.
• Familiarity with EEG, ERP/P300, or basic signal processing concepts is a plus.
• Prior exposure to research methods, data analysis, or AI/ML tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data collection tools and basic statistics.
