Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and project activities by assisting with reporting, performance measurement, and data analysis to identify opportunities for facility supply expense improvement and value realization.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reports using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other technologies to support implementation activities, performance tracking, and decision making.
• Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, interpret results, and contribute data-driven recommendations that support business and contract decisions.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support contract implementation activities, project coordination, and research efforts while gaining an understanding of contract impact and participant needs.
• Assist with the development of internal controls, validation of supply chain rebates, and other analytical activities that promote data accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional presentations, reports, and project documentation while contributing to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline required.
• College Junior year and above (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Business).
