About the Role

Finish Line Promotions is growing its Charlotte team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Marketing Associates. This is a hands-on opportunity to represent client campaigns, connect with people face to face, and develop practical skills in marketing, communication, and customer engagement. No previous marketing experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations, events, and promotional venues across Charlotte
• Engage with the public and communicate product information clearly and professionally
• Help interested individuals sign up as new customers
• Work toward individual and team campaign goals
• Develop communication and sales skills through daily coaching
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve results

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Reliability, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset
• Motivation to develop professionally and take on new challenges

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is welcome but not required.
