About the Role

The HR & Digital Marketing Manager internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This internship offers practical exposure to HR operations and digital marketing in a dynamic education and training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities:
• Assist with recruitment coordination.
• Onboarding support.
• Maintain employee records.
• Help organize training or engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to digital marketing efforts:
• Manage social media channels.
• Assist with content creation.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Support online branding efforts for courses and certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, timely execution of HR and marketing tasks, and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Human Resources support skills:
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Onboarding.
• Employee engagement activities.
• Digital marketing skills:
• Social media management.
• Content planning.
• Campaign monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to use productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and learn HR or marketing software as needed.
• Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in the education, training, or IT certification sector.
• Prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
