About the Role
The Karigar Sathi initiative by Rehmat International aims to solve key challenges in the bag manufacturing industry, specifically connecting skilled workers (karigars) with employment opportunities. This initiative focuses on understanding and addressing issues like labour shortages, job accessibility, skill identification, communication gaps, and employment coordination for both workers and manufacturers.
We are seeking a proactive and problem-solving Management Intern to assist in the research, development, and execution of this initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work on a real-world industry problem, collaborate directly with company leadership, and contribute to building a meaningful initiative from the ground up.
