Technician

About the Role

The Technician role at Intas Pharmaceutical Bio Plant Moriya is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Technician is responsible for operating production equipment, supporting routine manufacturing activities, and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing materials.
• Monitoring process parameters.
• Performing basic equipment checks.
• Recording data in production logs.
• Reporting any deviations to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Cooperating with quality and maintenance teams during inspections and equipment servicing.
• Following shift schedules.
• Meeting production targets.
• Participating in training to stay updated on processes and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs.
• Understanding of basic production processes in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Knowledge of GMP.

Qualifications

• Technical background with a diploma, ITI, or degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, microbiology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or sterile manufacturing is an advantage.
• Motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
