About the Role
- Gain Real-World Enterprise IT Experience.
- Support a global technology environment serving over 14,000 employees across manufacturing sites, offices, and distribution centers.
- Work with modern enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management tools.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving real business technology issues.
- Work Alongside Experienced IT Professionals.
- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams.
- Receive mentorship from IT leaders and subject matter experts.
- Learn industry best practices in IT operations, service management, and project delivery.
- Develop Technical and Professional Skills.
- Strengthen troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting PC hardware and software related issues.
- Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Windows and M365
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Basic Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Cyber Security Awareness.
Qualifications
- Academic background in BE / B. Tech Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in or with – Fresher.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to learn.
