About the Role
Client of TALENTSGET is a growing organization strengthening its architectural capabilities for projects in and around West Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in developing architectural designs.
- Prepare drawings and documentation.
- Assist with design presentations.
- Work on concept development.
- Create and revise plans and elevations.
- Coordinate with senior architects and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Contribute to design reviews.
- Support integration of structural and MEP inputs.
- Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Familiarity with presentation tools.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and collaborative project workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
- Basic Project Management abilities, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
