3D Modelling & Packaging Designer

RED RIDGE GLOBAL is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Packaging Graphic Designer & 3D Modeler to join their design team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Graphic Design & Branding

• Design innovative, visually appealing packaging for toys, kids’ accessories, and licensed products.

• Create packaging graphics, layouts, typography, vector illustrations, and brand identities.

• Develop artwork for product boxes, blister packs, hangtags, window packaging, and display shippers.

• Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with licensed-brand guidelines.

• Prepare print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, including dielines, bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, and layered files.

• Integrate mandatory product information, safety warnings, manufacturer details, UPC/EAN barcodes, tracking information, and MRP labels.

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, marketing, product development, and production teams.

• 3D Toy Modeling & Product Development

• Convert 2D concepts, character sketches, and design references into high-quality 3D toy models.

• Create detailed 3D models for action figures, toy vehicles, collectibles, and other kids’ products.

• Develop production-ready 3D geometry, considering manufacturing requirements such as injection molding, draft angles, and uniform wall thickness.

• Prepare clean, optimized 3D files for prototyping and 3D printing in formats such as STL and OBJ.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of packaging design, dielines, print production, typography, and branding.
• Experience in 3D modeling, toy design, product visualization, and rendering.
• Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and production specifications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant packaging artwork, 3D models, product designs, and renders.
