Content Creator & Social Media Internship

About the Role

Regrob infrastructure is seeking a creative and dependable Content Creator & Social Media Intern to support engaging digital communication and field-led content initiatives. This three-month opportunity is designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career creators who want practical experience producing high-quality social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, shoot, and edit polished videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social channels.
• Attend fieldwork four days each week, primarily across Whitefield and East Bengaluru, while completing the remaining work remotely.
• Develop compelling hooks, captions, basic scripts, subtitles, and story-led visual concepts.
• Use smartphones or cameras, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and basic lighting equipment to create strong footage.
• Collaborate closely during field visits, organise content files, meet deadlines, and use AI tools for ideation, subtitling, and editing while checking accuracy and quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Portfolio of reels, short videos, photography, college projects, personal work, or social media content.
• Working knowledge of at least one video editing tool and one design tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva.
• Understanding of composition, lighting, audio recording, subtitles, storytelling, and social media publishing.
• Strong communication, organisation, independence, and time-management skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be available for fieldwork four days per week.
• English and Kannada communication, familiarity with real estate, food, entrepreneurship, or consumer brands, and occasional on-camera participation are advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability and quality of work are valued more than a specific degree.
