About the Role

The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining loan and financial product offerings, and guiding customers through the application and approval process. The associate will conduct needs assessments, provide clear and accurate information about terms and benefits, and maintain regular follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience. Daily activities include generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams for timely processing, and representing the company with professional, customer-focused communication. The role requires a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and driving revenue through ethical, consultative sales practices.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide a positive client experience throughout the loan process
• Basic financial literacy and the ability to understand and explain loan products, terms, and conditions
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients, leads, and follow-ups efficiently
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or consumer lending is beneficial
• A high school diploma is required
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet client and business demands
