Design Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Designers at Experience Centres (XP) to support mood board creation and design presentations.
• Develop accurate 3D models and high-quality renders using SpaceCraft, SketchUp, and Enscape to support client presentations.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation for production.
• Maintain accuracy in measurements, detailing, and design feasibility to minimize site challenges.
• Follow defined design and QC processes to maintain standardization and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Design (B.Arch, B.Des, or Diploma in Design).
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with rendering software like Enscape is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within structured processes.
• Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the interior design domain.
