About the Role

As a Unternehmensinhaber (Business Owner) at VOYGR, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and growth of the company, focusing on scalable location data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the team and making key product and technology decisions.
• Developing partnerships with customers and data providers.
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality operational processes.
• Monitoring key performance indicators.
• Securing funding and resources.
• Representing VOYGR to investors, partners, and the public.
• Strategic alignment, building, and further development of the company.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Location Data: Strong understanding of location and map data.
• AI Applications: Ideally, experience with AI applications.
• APIs: Experience with APIs.
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration.
• Data Platforms: Solid understanding of data platforms.

Qualifications

• Business Leadership & Strategy: Demonstrable experience in founding, leading, or scaling technology-oriented companies, strong entrepreneurial mindset, ability to develop and implement clear business and growth strategies.
• Product & Project Management: Experience in product management and project steering, confident prioritization of roadmaps, structured planning and execution of complex initiatives in the area of data or AI products.
• Technology & Data Understanding: Ability to communicate at eye level with technical teams.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent oral and written communication skills, persuasive demeanor with customers, investors, and partners, confident negotiation and relationship management.
• Finance & Legal: Basic knowledge of corporate finance, budget planning, and controlling; understanding of fundamental legal frameworks (contracts, data protection, compliance) in an international environment.
