About the Role
As an Operational Specialist, you will support the smooth running of daily business and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational procedures.
- Support the sales team in implementing customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project and technical teams to ensure efficient processes.

- Identify optimization potential.
- Implement improvement measures in coordination with responsible departments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills: Evaluate, interpret, and transfer data from operational processes into concrete measures for process improvement.
- Communication & Sales: Clear and solution-oriented collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Operations Management: Structure procedures, plan resources, and increase operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement operational initiatives and improvement projects on time.
- Office and Analysis Tools: Proficiency in common Office and analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Analytical Competencies: Strong analytical skills.
- Communication & Sales: Secure communication skills and ideally experience in sales.
- Operations Management: Knowledge in operations management.
- Project Management: Experience in project management.
- Education: A completed degree or comparable training in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the mobility, automotive, or electromobility sector is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.
