Management Trainee, Talent Acqusition

About the Role

As a Management Trainee in People Success at StayVista, you will work closely with the People Success and Talent Acquisition teams to support end-to-end recruitment while building a strong foundation in HR and People Success practices. This role is suited for an MBA/PGDM HR fresher or early-career professional who is highly energetic, organised, and interested in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, stakeholder feedback, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and KEKA/HRMS updates.
• Track hiring progress, offer-to-join conversion, and recruitment TAT.
• Support onboarding, recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other People Success initiatives.
• Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prior internship or hands-on experience in recruitment, familiarity with KEKA/HRMS tools, and experience using LinkedIn or Naukri for candidate sourcing are a bonus.
