About the Role
This is a hybrid role within the Patriot Product Line Finance Team, supporting multiple domestic and international defense programs. The preferred candidate will be located within commutable distance to Andover, MA, but other locations include Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX, or FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis.
- Support baseline and EAC (Estimate at Complete) development and reviews.
- Work closely with IPT, OSC, and program office counterparts and leadership.
- Conduct quarterly Estimate at Complete reviews for various programs.
- Perform trend analysis for spend rates & Earned Value.
- Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
- Support staffing planning for Level of Effort tasks.
- Assist with proposal activities & pricing exercises.
- Hold financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio.
- Conduct various ad hoc exercises and reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & less than 2 years of Finance related business experience.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Independent, motivated, and able to collaborate across the organization.
- Ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment.
- Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic financial understanding.
