About the Role

The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Proactively outreach through various channels.
• Conduct initial assessments of technical and cultural fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Provide regular reports on hiring progress and market insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Strong IT Recruitment skills, with experience sourcing and hiring for technical and software development roles.
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, including assessing technical resumes and coordinating technical interviews.
• Solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, including candidate evaluation, negotiation, and closing offers.
• Knowledge of current technology stacks, software development roles, and IT market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
