Production Associate

About the Role

Home Chef is seeking a Production Associate for a Night Shift schedule. This role involves working from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with designated days off on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The work location is 1701 E Patapsco Ave, Baltimore, MD 21226.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking ingredients throughout the assembly process.
• Visually inspecting produce.
• Moving between tasks when needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift (less than 50 pounds).
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (34-36F) for the entire shift.
• Strict adherence to GMP Adherence (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure customer safety.
• Restricted items during shifts include: piercings or dermals, fake nails, nail polish, acrylic nails, watches, bracelets, other jewelry, fake eyelashes, excessive make-up, and weapons (including box cutters).

Onboarding & Orientation

• A strict 2-week onboarding window is required, where you must be present every scheduled work day.
• Orientations typically occur on Wednesdays, starting at 7:15 AM.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
