About the Role

The Associate role at Arhat Charitable Trust is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Associate will support the planning and execution of charitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities.
• Maintain documentation.
• Follow up with beneficiaries and partner organizations.
• Assist with field visits.
• Collect and organize data.
• Prepare reports.
• Help manage day-to-day operations of ongoing projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
• Support events or campaigns.
• Contribute to outreach and communication efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Uphold organizational values.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including maintaining records, handling documentation, and supporting project logistics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with beneficiaries, partners, and internal team members in a professional and respectful manner.
• Basic data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated interest in social impact, community service, or nonprofit work; prior experience in the development or social sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, such as social work, humanities, business, or related fields.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new tools as required.
