Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

MONEYHIVE SKILLS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule posts.
• Assist with content calendars.
• Draft captions.
• Help design basic graphics or short-form videos in alignment with the brand voice.
• Monitor engagement.
• Respond to comments or messages where appropriate.
• Prepare simple performance reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team.
• Participate in planning meetings.
• Provide occasional support for events or promotions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Understanding of major social media platforms.
• Understanding of basic campaign concepts.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and take initiative in suggesting ideas for audience engagement.
• Basic familiarity with content planning tools, analytics dashboards, or scheduling platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
